I just moved into an iPhone 8. iOS 16.7.10. I cannot set up voicemail. When I click on voicemail, there is no set up option. It just says "voicemail" in a box in the middle of the screen, and touching it doesn't give me an option to set anything up.

Voicemail is phone carrier feature contact yours to set it up.
