podcast unable to be opened ever again?

I forgot to close the podcast app while performing Mac Sonorma updates. After the updates, I am not able to open the app ever again. The error log says to click "reopen" to open the app or "cancel" to close it. I tried many times reopen, but the error log kept popping up without running the app at all.

The main error is Podcast shut unexpectedly

What should I do now, please
