Bringing back photos from the last deleted album

That would mean that permanent photo deletion is not actually permanent.

Which would be an even bigger problem for everybody everywhere than is your very unfortunate loss of your own photos here.

As WheelieNick correctly writes, permanently deleted photos are permanently gone, absent some previous backup of those photos, or some earlier copy previously stored elsewhere.

As for backups, what backups of your photos do you have?

If you’re using the iCloud Photos service, those photos aren’t included in any local or iCloud backups.(here is how to check if the iCloud Photos service is enabled: Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support )

If you’re not using the iCloud Photos service, photos are included in both local backups, and iCloud backups.

If the 30 days are not up and you haven't deleted the contents of the recently deleted folder you should find them in the recently deleted folder. If you've erased the contents of that folder you can only find the pictures back in a backup if you have one I am afraid
