Stop Listening On Tap option doesn't work in Dictate Text Shortcuts action

I'm trying to use the "Dictate text" action in the Shortcuts App. One of the sub-choices is "Stop Listening," which has three options: "After Pause," "After Short Pause," and "On Tap." I'm trying to use the "On Tap" option, but the action plays back with the "After Pause" setting. The "After Pause" setting is the only output regardless of which option I select. Does anyone else have this issue and have found a solution?
