How can I send Memoji as stickers on Instagram?

2 of my friends are able to send memojis as stickers while mine send as an image with a black background on instagram, how do i fix this?

Memoji and Animoji not showed as stickers Hi all, I have an iPhone XR and yesterday I updated it with iOS 13. I created my memoji but i can send it as stickers only by message. In app as Whatsapp or similar when I send a memoji, it has a white background as an image and not as a stickers. Someone have this problem ans solved it ? Tks.
