my phone says i’m underaged while i’m not

Ive been trying to get on certain apps such as facebook dating but when i try to log in, it says it’s only for ios 18+ users. I have changed my birthday various times on my apple account and google account but it still doesn’t work. I’m not underaged and i’ve even gone through a verification process.
