Can’t create Apple music profile

Try this specific sequence:

• Sign out of your account on Media and Purchases (Settings > Tap Your Name > Media & Purchases > Sign Out
• Uninstall Apple Music app
• Restart device
• Install Apple Music app
• Sign back into account on Media and Purchases
• Go into Apple Music app

I had tried these but not in this order. Profile now available.

You may want to check that your Phone is updated to the newest compatible iOS version:

ie: to check if an update is waiting for installation: Check : Settings > General > Software update.

or

If already updated to the newest compatible iOS version: try re-starting your iPhone (deletes temporary files, re-establishes connections, and often restores order if something is not working as expected):
