iphone not working after 17.4.1

I updated my iPhone it made my messages green my cellular data is not working what do I do?

Did you check, if there is an update for your carrier settings?

Manually update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If you see No Service, Searching, or SOS on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
