I have been using WhatsApp Business for a long time and had created broadcast lists to communicate with my customers. But yesterday all of a sudden i cannot see the broadcast list option on my main screen and it just disappeared. Can anyone help me to retierve my broadcast list ?

I have the same problem. In the regular WhatsApp (not Business) it still works, though.
It’s under settings. It took me a week to find this out. Thank you for your help

Maybe you should be discussing that with WhatsApp support.
If you click on settings it’s in that list - broadcast lists
i cannot see my broadcast list on whatsapp business
