I have been using WhatsApp Business for a long time and had created broadcast lists to communicate with my customers. But yesterday all of a sudden i cannot see the broadcast list option on my main screen and it just disappeared. Can anyone help me to retierve my broadcast list ?

Just go to WhatsApp ‘settings’ and you will find it on top of list.
I have the same problem. In the regular WhatsApp (not Business) it still works, though.
I archived all messages, I still don’t see my broadcast list, and I have no idea how to undo all my chats which have been archived

If you click on settings it’s in that list - broadcast lists
They have just changed location. Go to the settings at the bottom of the screen, it’s the forth one down

Go to WhatsApp Settings > Tap Broadcast Lists . You see Your all Broadcast list you created > Tap ℹ️ and now it works . Cheers 🥂
