Payments charged to wrong card

I have cards A, B and C, with card A set as main payment card, in wallet; I have PayPal, with card A as main card, linked to Apple ID as main payment, but I keep seeing charges going to card B and a couple on card C - seemingly at random. Anyone from Apple support that can advise?
