Delete Game Center data to replay a game.

I've seen four questions in community regarding - 'Settings, icloud, manage storage and select the game to delete the data'. In my case the game doesn't show up in the list, yet I am constantly reminded of the 'achievements' within that game - so, simply, the answer doesn't work.

Can I really not reply a game I've purchased because of Game Center data?

Help appreciated.
