paste not working with apple notes

I cannot paste to apple notes running on icloud.com from my pc.

Accessing icloud notes on pc I used to be able to access my iCloud notes easily from my Samsung pc, but lately, when I sign in to iCloud, it just shows a mess of letters (kind of like only half of the line is showing, and it's all run together)! If I copy and paste it into a document, I can read the text, but the formatting is all weird. HELP!

iCloud Notes Syncing does not work at all iCloud notes syncing does not work at all. Before, when I did any notes I could start them off on my Mac and continue on my iPad, or vice versa. Now absolutely NOTHING is working. I even have iCloud + with 2TB of storage and it’s still very very slow, unreliable, and horrible. Apple needs to fix this, or is it just my devices? All of my devices are updated to the latest software and iCloud syncing is on.
