I can’t download YouTube on my iPhone X, it does not also appear on my AppStore when I search for it.

IF you go to the App Store and type YouTube what do you see?
Do you face issues with installing other apps or is it only YouTube?
You can try and force restart your iPhone if it is about only YouTube
Press and quickly release the volume up button. Press and quickly release the volume down button. Press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
Even other apps like medscape
Click ▶︎ YouTube App.
