Is this a scam?

My iPhone has been stolen a week ago and I just got this message from an iCloud with the username applepay.ed*

is this a scammer? Or should I actually remove it?

Somebody want to enter in my Apple ID somebody want to enter in my Apple ID. He tried to do it more than 35 times. I have an information from Apple that it was from the mobile phone iPhone 6s Plus «ArS2exM5”. I think this is a scammer's phone and I ask you to take security measures to protect my phone from this scammer.

If it screams 🛑 SCAM ⚠️ then you should report it to the authorities immediately!🫸🏻

If your iPhone is stolen please change your Apple ID password to be sure
