Somebody want to enter in my Apple ID

somebody want to enter in my Apple ID. He tried to do it more than 35 times.

I have an information from Apple that it was from the mobile phone iPhone 6s Plus «ArS2exM5”. I think this is a scammer's phone and I ask you to take security measures to protect my phone from this scammer.
