Please help remove someone else’s Apple ID from my phone . I’m threatened to lock my phone and demand money . My own phone introduced someone else’s ICoud . I have all the documents on my phonethis is correspondence with a fraudster that requires me money :

Either take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened). Call the store before going to make sure they can help.
