Error 92 in Time Machine fixed
Unplanned reboots that occur during a Time Machine backup will leave problems on the backup device. To fix error 92 all you have to do is go to the backup device and delete the "in progress" file that should be there. It was marooned when the reboot happened and TM sometimes gets hung because of this file. This has worked numerous times for me.
