Dolby Atmos Binaural Monitoring bug in Logic Pro

I had this problem in 10.7.9 and 10.8.1. In a Dolby Atmos project, when I select Dolby for binaural monitoring I only get sound out the right side. When I switch to Apple the same issue sticks. The meters in the master channel show the signal on one channel.

Steps:

Import -> Create Project from AWM BWF file (select your file)

Open the Atmos plugin - the Apple Renderer is the default

It plays fine - the master channel (not the master track) shows signal on all 7.1.2 tracks.

Switch to the Dolby Renderer

Sound is only on the right - master channel shows a signal on one track.

Switch back to the Apple Renderer

Sound is still only on the right

This behavior shows up in Logic 10.7.9 and 10.8.1

I have the separate Dolby Renderer Application installed as well - plays fine from that.
