iPhone vibration not working for alarms

even though I have vibration on my iPhone still doesn’t vibrate. I have turned the setting on multiple times and nothing works. This is a big problem because I need the iPhone to vibrate for my alarm.

There is no vibration for any incoming alerts on my iPhone 14 Pro Max Upgraded from XS Max to iPhone 14 Pro and about week after getting I noticed that there is no vibration for any incoming alerts (msgs, alerts and alarms). I have been on line and checked every setting that has been suggested and even been onto Apple support who then made a booking for me at an Apple shop. Vibration started working just before I got there and did stop working whilst I was there but there suggestion was to wait for next update and hopefully that fixes it but I’ve waited and installed the LATEST update and vibration still doesn’t work. Yes I have also done the full reset of settings like what Apple support suggested and worked fine for 1 hour but then stopped again. I shouldn’t have to do a full hard reset surely. Anyone else have this problem and seem to get run around with support?? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

If the vibration control doesn’t cause vibration, contact Apple Support, as your iPhone may be headed forma repair.

You can check haptics by enabling and disabling keyboard haptics here:

Change iPhone keyboard sounds or haptics - Apple Support

If haptics are working, you should feel a slight nudge when turning either of those controls off or on.
