There is no vibration for any incoming alerts on my iPhone 14 Pro Max

Getting a Phone to Vibrate:



Try Maneuvering the The Silent/Ring Switch:

• “Vibrate on Ring”: Pull the Silent / Ring switch toward the front of your iPhone.
•  “Vibrate on Silent”: Push the switch toward the back of your iPhone.
• Remove a Case: If you can't access this, and you have a case atop the phone, then remove the case to you can perform this.

I am Deaf and I need this 14 to vibrate!! I have tried everything. I think it stopped a few weeks ago. The phone store tried yesterday and got it to work 2 times then I left and it won't work again. After sliding the silent button back and forth a few times it's working now.
