Document backgrounds turn blue on touch

I use an Ipad Air for genealogy, each time I touch a document the background of it turns blue, how can I stop this

IPad Air 2:Changing contrast My iPad suddenly has high contrast colors on display While browsing Facebook, my iPad has randomly changed all the colors displayed on the screen to be of high contrast. This happened without me changing any settings whatsoever, it happened out of the blue. I have tried going into Settings>General>Accessibility and found out that it wasn't the invert colors causing the problem. I played around with the settings and to no avail, did not find a solution. I also restarted the iPad still no change. I did not drop my iPad recently. I have researched online that hitting my iPad on the back a few times may fix the problem,tried it, did not work. Everything else is working fine on this iPad except the colors. How do I fix this problem?

Pop up menu colour change. Has anyone else noticed that since iOS 16 on iphone, when editing text in Notes + Calendar, the Cut Copy + Paste pop up menu and characters have swapped colours. Previously on a white page the pop up menu was white text on a black pop up menu making the whole pop up clearly visible. Since iOS 16 on a white page the pop up is now black text on a white background making the menu and its text almost merge into base page, also difficult to differentiate the different menu options (ie. Cut Copy Paste Select etc.) i can’t see any options to swap back
