I just bought a new macbook pro and have the Apple News subscription but there is NO NEWS app in my system

I just bought a new macbook pro and have the Apple News + subscription. I have the News App on my iPhone but, for some reason, not installed on my new computer and I have OS Sonoma. i followed the instructions to go to cloud in settings and turn on NEWS but there is NO NEWS app in my icloud apps? i also showed more but nothing regarding news app.

Can anyone help? I is not in the app store either.

both my mac and iPhone are signed into the same account.
