Apple Music doesn't stream while connected to WiFi

Hello, l've got an issue, on iPad (M1 Pro 12.9) / Mac (M1 Pro) / iPhone (15 Pro) when I want to listen to Apple Music while connected to my WiFi — it simply doesn't work, I cannot run any song, but an interface works just fine, I can search through playlists and all. After hitting play button on Mac the app freezes (spinning pinwheel) then trying to skip songs; on iPad / iPhone I receive a message: "resource not available". When I switch to mobile cellular data or create a hotspot to connect iPad / Mac - app works just fine. Of course l've reached my internet provider, restart a router, logout / login to Apple services, restarted all my devices, forgot my network settings, and I've got all the updates. What I've found out from my internet provider, there could be some filter added from Apple Services, cause we have tried to relocate my IP address completely, without any success. Please - guide me through this bizarre and truly annoying issue.

MacBook Pro 13″, 14.4
