My carrier, which is 'Dito' from the Philippines, is only showing as '515 66'. I can use VoLTE to call and text, but I am restricted from using LTE only, and 5G is on but not connecting when I'm in a 5G area. My cousin's Samsung shows that 5G is working with Dito. Additionally, WiFi-Calling is disabled and cannot be enabled, and the same issue occurs with iMessage, which only shows loading.

Have you contacted the carrier on these issues yet? Those features, that are not working on your iPhone, are provided and managed by your carrier. This may be something simple as getting a new SIM (eSIM or physical SIM). Give them a call.

I have been told it's the same on all iOS devices, and it is a physical SIM.
If your carrier told you that they are not 5G compatible with the iPhone then there is nothing that you can do until they become compatible in the future.
