add dexcom 7 complication to apple watch ultra

I have the Apple Watch Ultra 2 and recently got the Dexcom seven CGM. I’m having trouble adding the Dexcom complication to the face of my Apple Watch. The app is installed. I can find it and click on it, but I would like it to display on the face is that possible?
