MX Master 3 Not Working on iMessage

Hello!

I have an Apple M3 Pro, and I just bought a Logitech MX Master 3 wireless mouse to help me with my video editing.

It is not working at all with iMessage. Once I click on someone's message, I cannot click out of it. It stays highlighted until I close the app. It's as if iMessage thinks that I am holding down on the left click button.

I have tried downloading the Logitech app to customize, updating the software from Logitech, and researching it on google and YouTube.

Also, this is more of an annoyance than a real problem. When I click something on the top left toolbar, the options after I click on the toolbar aren't highlighted and I can't click on the option that I want. For Example, if I want to click File and select New Tab, I cannot. I have the hold the left click button, highlight "New Tab," and then release it.

This is driving me nuts. Any help would be appreciated.

I am having the same problem. Have you noticed the dock bar freezing as well? When you bring the mouse down, you cannot scroll through with the effect?

When you right click does the menu appear some time but not others and have to use CTRL Left click?

I am having this problem with the Trackpad on the MBP.

Selecting a file or item to move it holds on to the end of the mouse? Sometime you cannot select one window but can grab the another?

I think there is a Firmware problem with the mouse that is effecting the systems as well. When switching to a windows machine I get the same problems. I think installed the Logitech Option+ so I could put the text to speech on a mouse button and a day later the mouse wasn't working right. Not sure how it's effecting the window laptop touchpad as well. It's messing with alot of things. Even my Magic Mouse is doing it to.

Tried to put an older version of Logitech on but it's not reverting the firmware. Doesnt matter if Bluetooth to Dongle.
