Using Logitech StreamCam with 2023 MacBook Air M2

I'm trying to use a Logitech StreamCam with my 2023 MacBook Air M2 and I can't get it to recognise the webcam. I've tried plugging it into both of the thunderbolt ports but it simply doesn't see it. I've tried using the Logi Capture software (won't run) and also the G Hub software (doesn't see the webcam) but they're no help whatsoever.

Can anyone tell me if there's a fix for this or do I need to bin my £139 webcam?

https://www.logitech.com/en-us/software/capture.html is where to get the software for the camera. It may need the software to be able to be used. Not all Logitech cameras need additional software if your built-in camera doesn't work for you, or is not functional for you due to your closing the lid. Contact Logitech Support to find out which ones have full support for your Mac OS and Apple SIlicon Mac built-in ports.
