I've used another persons Apple ID for Apple TV+ and I had a 7-day free trial. (with that persons consent) but now I'm using my Apple ID for Apple TV+ and I cannot find the 7-day free trial. I was thinking that maybe it was a limited time thing, but I have no idea. I just want some answers so I can finally watch the movies that I can't find anywhere else, but Apple TV+.

There 7-day trial offer is for new subscribers. If you have been subscribed to Apple TV+ previously, through this same Apple ID account, or have enjoyed it through Family Sharing [1], then you can’t get another regular free trial.
