I have an iphone 15,locked to xfinity.
Is it true that overseas I can add a new cellular data, phone text plan, by buying an Esim card by turning off my xfinity cellular and then reversing that upon my return home.

That would be true, IF the phone was UNLOCKED. But it's not, so it's absolutely NOT TRUE. If this is a short term visit outside the country, ask Xfinity about Roaming, which is a daily paid plan which lets you connect with networks at a fixed cost while away from home.

No, not true. If a phone is locked to a specific carrier, only that carrier can unlock it. Contact Xfinity.
