What to do when iTunes charges for unavailable Music in Australia

iTunes charged me for music and then tells me it’s not available in my country (Australia) what do I do?

this has never happened before

Is it in your purchase history? Ask for a refund - Request a refund for content you bought from Apple - Apple Support
