is this device able to connect to my shokz openfit wireless headphones

I have some new wireless headphones I bought, they are shokz openfit headphones. I tried connecting bluetooth from my Mac to my headphones and even though I have them right next to each other my Mac says no nearby devices. I tried turning bluetooth off and on again but still nothing. my headphones are charged and still no connection.
