Bluetooth headphones won't connect with iMac / not even appearing in the list

Hi there,

My brand new Bowens & Wilkins bluetooth headphones connect to all of my devices except iMac. They dont even appear in the bluetooth settings.

Here's some helpul info :

Operating system : Sequoia 15.1

Headphones : PX7 s2 (turned on and fully charged). Working just fine with iPhone + 3 other devices.

I have restarted the computer twice.

Previous bluetooth headphones have been disconnected.

Thanks for your help and tips !

Two things to check:

  1. Be sure that these Bluetooth headphones are placed in "pairing" mode prior to pairing them with your Mac.
  2. Check to verify that these headphones can be paired to more than one device at a time. That may mean that they may need to be unpaired with these other devices before they can be paired with your Mac.
