STOP Apple from downloading u2 album forever

How do I stop apple from downloading that u2 album for ever. The album is horrible I would not let them download it to my iTunes if they paid me. The cover is borderline upseen

You can’t do this yourself. You need to contact Apple Support for help.

That was gifted to users 10 years ago and for several years after that you could remove it yourself. Since so much time has now passed and the users who did not want it and have since removed it, deleting is only done by contacting Apple directly.
