Can't Delete Old Roku from AirPlay List on iPhone, Not displaying on other iPhones or iPad

I replaced a Roku with the 2022 Apple TV 4K. The old Roku continues to show up in the AirPlay speakers list on my main iPhone (15 Pro running latest iOS 14 updates. My other iPhone (15) and iPad mini 6 do not display the old Roku in the AirPlay speakers list, so it must be something on my iPhone 15 Pro causing this issue. The Roku has been removed from my account, and all entries referencing the old deleted Roku in my router have been deleted. Nevertheless, the old Roku still displays in the speakers and TVs list. I've attached a photo with the offending, non-existent Roku circled in red. TIA in advance for any help. I see by googling that MANY people are having this same issue with seemingly no resolution available.

The list of AirPlay receiving devices should be a live discovery list (quite similar to Wi-Fi networks). It is not meant to remember devices. If this ‘old’ Roku is not on your home network and/or not powered, then it shouldn’t be listed. If it is on the list when it shouldn’t, then try an iPhone cold restart, then try again. Hopefully that will fix this unintended behavior. Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

AirPlay doesn’t require a device being signed into with your account. So removing from your account wouldn’t make a difference for this.

Thank you for your response. I’m a retired IT pro and thus have already cold or hard restarted the phone many times. The old Roku and the new ATV were/are connected via Ethernet. Unfortunately your solution doesn’t work for me. I’m hoping the Roku will ultimately drop off the AirPlay list. There are many posts about this issue, unfortunately no solution as of yet. Thx for trying.
