Apple Series 1 refusing to force reset

I have this Apple Watch series 1 that at some point started to input the wrong passcode that it got lock, I tried disabling or change the passcode through but to no avail. Then I called it quits for like months and remembered it recently so I charged it and it's still on the same screen but now the bigger problem is at some point I factory resetted my phone, which means this Watch is unpaired to my device.. I tried the force reset method with holding the side button and what not but everytime I try to firmly press the power button slider with or without the charger nothing happens, is the medical id slider blocking it?
