Can my MacBook Pro be repaired if it overheats and the fan is constantly running?

Within minutes of powering up my MacBook Pro it starts overheating and, subsequently the fan goes into high speed. Eventually, my MacBook Pro will freeze and the only way to be able to use it again is to perform a hard reboot. I've gone through and performed all the suggestions from the Apple team, but it hasn't fixed the problem.
