Enter Old Password Issue

so i barely got my iphone11 this year in january or february and i havent had any passwords on it for my lockscreen really. only 3 which i can remember and i was trying to sign back into my apple id, then this screen popped up to enter an old password. so i did all 3 that ive had and they were all wrong. if i click "dont know iphone password" it just says that i can't access anything unless i remember. i am trying to access my notes because they were important to me but i cant without doing this. can someone help?
