Apple Watch function

Since the last IPhone update (2 days ago) my Apple Watch started to show more burned calories than usual, I checked settings but did not find anything to fix that

Apple Watch not tracking Callories correctly I have noticed that my watch has suddenly decreased the number of calories being counted. I can do a 30 minute workout which used to burn 400 calories, it now just tracks 80 calories. I have tried recalibrating etc per other suggestions but nothing is working
