Find My map is not showing on Windows 11 laptop

I check my devices regularly on the find my devices service this time it's not working i don't know why the map is not showing while it's working ok on the phone please help this feature is mandatory for security in case of stolen or lost devices i'm not using any vpn or third party security softwares by the way.

How do you “Refresh “ the find my app? A lot of times it is 20 minutes or LONGER before can get current location of phone/device. This is way too long when trying to keep track of 4 kids.
