hello, i recently used a bookmark i found online and put it into safari. (It was to make doing something in a game easier but whatever) can this bookmark contain a keylogger or am i paranoid

No. A bookmark is just a shortcut to a website, adding one as a bookmark is no more dangerous than visiting said website.
Can Safari bookmarks contain keyloggers
