I erased all the data on the computer... (Without Knowing)

Hello there, it's been 2 months, Since I'm stuck on this problem, and with no help, I'm desperate to do anything with it, Actually, I was very interested in Download MacOS Sonoma (Current one:- Monterey) But I followed some steps saying Erase the data of the computer, then When I clicked, it took a while, and then what happened, is that H.H High school, He's a man, like literally he asks me to click access but I don't, And when I erased my data,

Now, I can't change it back to normal. Some settings are all blacked out, which means I can't change some settings, I tried updating my laptop, Still not working.
