iCloud recovery

so my phone got stolen and the person knew the passcode and then got into it and sold my phone I need my 2 step authentication to be Verified it can’t send me to an iCloud on a old device because I don’t have one and then the number I got is prolly gone cuz the device was sold and all my money was on the phone and I can’t get into nun of the bank stuff without that iCloud or phone number and allllllll the pictures of my daughter and **** are saved to that iCloud and I can’t get into my snap which has them to because I can’t get into that iCloud please help I just need the help I know u can pls plss
