I have a feedback on Apple support app where I can’t give a feed back

I wanted to give my feedback on Apple support app, and I can’t because the app is not listed as one of the Apple apps you can give a feedback about, and since you can not give a feedback except the apps and devises only, so I can not give my feedback at all. It is crazy. Even there is no option to say if your feedback is related to something that is not on our list then please add it HERE for example. Even that option is not there.
