Update OS in recovery mode, MDM issue

I bought a 2nd hand MacBook Pro from eBay. 2021, 16” M1 with Monterey installed.

The Mac is locked with MDM.

I’d like to keep the Mac, as it is in almost new condition and was a great price.

I’ve spent the last 24 hours trying to resolve the matter.

I’m unable to use the most popular MDM bypass software (skipmdm.com) as it is for Ventura & Solamar.

Can anyone please recommend a way to update the Mac from Monterey to Solamar?

I’m able to get to the recovery window, but can’t download Solamar from the Safari option in there.

Return the computer for a refund. The computer is useless to you unless the previous owner removes the MDM.
