High Sierra appeared when i restarted Ventura reinstall and now I can’t install it

I’ve read that I should try restarting mac if my reinstall takes too long (it was showing 7hours for an hour) and when i it restarted, everything switched up from Ventura to High sierra. When I try to download High sierra it shows an error with “The recovery server could not be contacted.”
