Passwords in email app settings

I have 11 email accounts on my iPhone 13 and I'm trying to see/use the passwords from those accounts to setup my new computer. Why can I not see those passwords, but I can see all of the other passwords I've ever saved since my iPhone 3?!? What am I not getting (besides my passwords)?

For security reasons, you can’t see passwords in email settings. But if you enabled iCloud Keychain you can see them by going to Settings/Passwords. If they aren’t there then you didn’t save them to Keychain when you entered them.
