iPhone 13 not syncing Music

Trying to sync phone music with MacBook Air music. It runs through the process but no change to the phone's music content. This is after the recent iPhone update to 17.4.1.

There are a few albums and songs that are "stuck" on my phone. I unchecked them in Finder to NOT sync but they remain on the phone. Something is not right!

Ensure both your MacBook Air is updated. Restart both devices, then try syncing music again. Reset sync settings in Finder, reselect music to sync. If songs remain stuck, reset iPhone's music library in Settings > Music > Reset Library. If issue persists, contact Apple Support.
