Iphone 12 pro ear speaker not working

Hi, my iphone 12 pro's ear speaker stopped working a week ago. I took it to nearby apple service provider for availing the free service program of apple. Upon reaching there i came to know that my phone's service coverage was expired a few days ago and it is not eligible to get the free service anymore and told me without service it will cost me around 300$ to get it fixed. Is there anyway i could get it fixed without spending that amount?
