Ringtone purchased from Apple Tone Store not working

I purchased two ringtones from Apple and cannot get either one to work. When I go to Sounds and Hepatcs, it does show one of my newly purchased ringtone, but if I go to the next screen it show what ringtones are available for me to select. On this screen my two purchased ringtones are showing one of which shows as my with a blue check mark. Under those two tones is a line and then a list of Apple ringtones with the first one listed as default. As far as I can tell this is the ringtone that rings rather than my purchased Tennesse Whiskey. How do I get Tennesse Whiskey as mt ringtone?
