Purchased ringtone not appearing in iPhone's ringtone selection
I have purchased a ring tone it show in purchased item.
Why isn’t it in my purchase ring tone to use?

You can try downloading it again. Please note that not all ringtones can be downloaded again if they are no longer available in the iTunes Ringtone section.
To download purchased ringtones again, go to:
Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Ringtone > at the top select Download All Purchased Tones
